We accept returns for electronics only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Defective items must include picture proof showing the product is in good shape when received. If approved, a refund may be issued later after inspection.
Non‑returnable items include grooming tools, litter products, beds, toys, accessories, food, treats, digital products, and sale items.
